EQUIP - Growing as Disciples in Christ (GDIC Module 2)

"Rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.” Colossians 2:7

Do you consider yourself a rather young or growing disciple of Christ who desires to grow in your faith, so you can stand rooted against the strong winds of difficulties that an earthly life could bring?

Consider signing up for Growing as Disciples in Christ (GDIC), a longstanding flagship programme delivered by the Disipleship & Nurture Ministry using the 2:7 series by The Navigators. Hear wonderful testimonies about transformations experienced by its participants and be encouraged to join a community in "Deepening Your Roots in God's Family".

GDIC Module 2 (of 3) will take place over 11 weeks. During this course we will:

- Cultivate the habit of daily devotional time and learn to spend extended time with God

- ⁠Learn to evangelize and share our salvation story

- ⁠Study the Bible on spiritual warfare, knowing God’s will, how to grow in faith as disciples of Christ.

*Participants will need to have completed GDIC Module 1 before signing up for GDIC Module 2. After completing this course, participants can then choose to continue on to GDIC Module 3 (Bearing Fruits in Christ).

SCHEDULE

There are two sessions available for Module 2:

• Tuesday PM Group (8-10pm)
• Saturday AM Group (10am-12pm)

Do note that sessions are mostly held via Zoom, with occasional onsite meetings.

COST

The book Deepening Your Roots in God’s Family ($11) will be used as a guide for the weekly discussions.
