Alpha 2026 @ BRMC Onsite

Alpha is a series of group conversations that explores life, spirituality and faith through the Christian lens. We create a non-judgmental and open environment where it’s easy for anyone who is curious about faith to explore questions of life, with new friends.

We’d love to invite you to try Session 1 of Alpha and have lunch with us. It will be a fun time where you can find out if Alpha is for you. This onsite Alpha will be held weekly on Saturdays from 1.00pm-3.30pm.

Registration opens 30 November 2025 and closes 31 January 2026. So, come join us! 

How It WORKS?

WELCOME: 

·        Join us for LUNCH

·        10 minutes INTRODUCTION

·        Welcome and meet some new people

WATCH: 

·        30 minutes SMALL FILMS WITH BIG IDEA

·        Each Alpha session features a 30-minute video. Designed to inspire more questions than provide answers, these short videos explore the big issues around faith and unpack the basics of Christianity, addressing questions such as “Who is Jesus?”, “How can we have faith?”, etc. Watch the video with friends and take note of the interesting issues that pops up each week!

DISCUSS:

·        50 minutes THINGS THAT MATTER TO YOU

·        The entire session builds towards this peak experience. After the video, you will be gathered into a small group and your host will facilitate conversation between you and your new friends. You can feel free to say whatever you like, or as little as you like. It’s all up to you!

The 90-minute sessions are held weekly, over a period of 12 weeks in total.
