Connect Group Leaders Conference 2026

This conference is a chance for us(CGLs) to gather, connect, and grow together. We'll be hearing from our Ps Kai Ming as he shares plans for BRMC’s Connect Groups Ministry. You'll also learn practical skills in two workshops curated by Rev Dr Philip Huan on raising new leaders and caring for our CG members.

Workshop 1: Identifying and Nurturing the next leaders
To provide CGLs with skills to identify and prepare new potentials within the CG, to journey with them to eventually help them rise up to leadership.

Workshop 2: Caring for CG Members without burning out
To provide CGLs with principles and handles for simple pastoral care that is reproduceable and mobilizing a core-team to care for others together with the CGL.
